Professor Fan Zhihao has been engaged in teaching and research for over 20 years, dedicating himself to the fields of water resources and environmental management, applying engineering technology to address various water environmental issues. To date, he has published over 80 papers in international SCI journals, making him an influential scholar in Taiwan's water environment management field.

The department's core competence is to cultivate outstanding professionals in bioenvironmental engineering and soil and water resources, nurturing engineers who build a sustainable environment. We hope that graduates will apply engineering techniques and scientific methods to effectively manage and utilize environmental resources, improve the quality of human living environments, and promote the sustainable use of resources.
